Hello, School Social Workers! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time School Social Worker for a school setting in Lapeer, MI. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in student success by conducting evaluations, supporting IEP development, and collaborating with school teams. We welcome new clinicians and seasoned professionals alike!

Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide IEP counseling services and social-emotional support
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings
- Complete IEP documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate with school-based special education teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Engage with families and community-based supports when appropriate
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to a collaborative school culture
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Experience in schools or special education is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major asset but not required
