Ampersand Therapy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year in Springfield, Missouri. Whether you’re an experienced school-based OT or just beginning your school therapy journey, we’d love to hear from you!
Job Highlights:
- Location: Greater St. Louis, MO
- Position: Occupational Therapist (OT) – School Setting
- Full time or part time available
- Schedule: M-F for full-time; or choose your days/hours for part-time
- Setting: In-person, K–12 public school environment
- August 2026-June 2027
- Competitive pay (up to $55/hr)
Responsibilities:
- Provide school-based OT services including assessments, treatment, and consultation
- Conduct evaluations and write reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and write IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
- Maintain timely documentation and progress notes
Qualifications:
- Must hold (or be eligible for) Missouri OT license
- Must hold (or be willing to obtain) MoPro License
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
