About the Role
This is a 8-9 month contract-to-hire position with opportunity for full-time conversion. This role requires time spent in-person at our offices in Miami and Aventura on a weekly basis.
We’re looking for a Strategic Advisor to join Ampersand with a commission-based incentive tied to successfully securing and expanding client engagements. This role blends consulting expertise, relationship management, and business development to help our clients—particularly in long sales cycles—achieve transformative digital engagement strategies.
As a trusted partner to clients, you’ll support their digital transformation journey, craft compelling proposals, and win new projects leveraging data, analytics, and AI solutions.
How You'll Contribute:
- Consult & Advise – Partner with clients (Director level) to define digital engagement strategies using data, AI, and analytics to solve business challenges.
- Develop Business – Identify and win new engagements by scoping opportunities, creating proposals, and building long-term client relationships.
- Manage Relationships – Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring alignment between client needs and Ampersand’s capabilities.
- Drive Strategy – Provide guidance on how businesses can leverage AI and analytics to accelerate growth, optimize operations, and enhance customer engagement.
- Stay Ahead – Analyze market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to inform client strategies.
- Contribute to Growth – Work cross-functionally with Ampersand’s digital strategists, AI specialists, and leadership to shape go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications:
Experience
- Strategic Consulting Expertise – 8 years in consulting, digital transformation, or advisory roles, with a proven track record of winning and expanding client engagements.
- Sales & Business Development Acumen – Experience managing long sales cycles, closing deals, and securing new projects in a consulting or advisory setting.
- Technical Fluency – Strong understanding of data, analytics, AI-driven solutions, and digital engagement strategies and how they translate into business impact.
- Relationship Management – Ability to engage C-suite and senior leadership, build trust, and drive executive alignment.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking – Comfortable translating complex data and business insights into actionable recommendations.
- Communication Excellence – Confident in presenting ideas, facilitating discussions, and writing proposals.

- Salesforce development and automation
