Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for the 2026-2027 school year in the Oracle, AZ area. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

What You'll Do
Assist with speech therapy services in the school setting
Implement IEP goals and therapy plans
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
What We're Looking For
Active Arizona SLPA license
Active Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
