School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full Time, In-Person or Hybrid | Pasco, WA | 2026-2027 School Year
Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026-2027 school year in Pasco, Washington. We’re a therapist-operated company that puts clinicians and students first. This is an in-person position in a school setting, and we welcome both Clinical Fellows (CFs) and experienced SLPs to apply. New to schools? No problem — we provide mentorship and support!
Job Highlights:

- Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based
- Schedule: Full Time
- School Year: 2026-2027
- Start Date: August 2026
- In-person preferred; hybrid schedule also acceptable (must be able to support in-person in a regular cadence)
- Caseload: Likely Elementary but open based on candidate preference.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services in a K–12 school setting
- Conduct evaluations and write reports
- Develop and implement IEP goals
- Collaborate with special education teams, educators, and families
- Complete documentation and progress monitoring in a timely manner
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Valid Washington State SLP license (or ability to obtain quickly)
- Washington ESA Certification required (or willingness to acquire)
