About the Role
Hello, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician for a K–12 school setting in the Boulder, CO area. In this role, you’ll support students with behavioral and developmental needs by implementing individualized behavior plans, collecting data, and collaborating with school teams. This is a great opportunity for both new and experienced RBTs who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in students’ lives.

What You’ll Do
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide 1:1 or small group behavioral support to students
- Collect and track data on student progress and behaviors
- Support students with social, emotional, and communication skills
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
- Assist with classroom management and behavior strategies
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred
- Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
- School-based or ABA experience a plus
