About the Role
Hello, Paraprofessionals! Ampersand Therapy is hiring full-time Paraprofessionals for a K–12 school setting in Longmont, CO. In this role, you’ll provide direct support to students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs, helping them access their education and succeed in the classroom. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with students and making a meaningful day-to-day impact.

What You’ll Do
Provide 1:1 or small group support to students in the classroom
Assist with implementing behavior plans and classroom strategies
Support students with academic tasks and daily routines
Help reinforce social, emotional, and communication skills
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
Assist with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment
Support students with transitions throughout the school day
Maintain basic documentation as needed
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred
Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
Ability to partner with teams to support student behavior and academic support plans
School-based or paraprofessional experience a plus
