Hello OTs! Come work with a woman and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Tucson, AZ area. What You'll Do
Complete occupational therapy evaluations
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
What We're Looking For
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
Active Arizona OT License
Active Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
Experience in school-based settings preferred
