Responsibilities:

Create demonstrated reliability targets and test plan

Build the team to execute highly accelerated life testing for all components

Conduct DFMEA to find reliability concerns and propose design solutions

Set up test chambers while working with accredited labs to conduct critical testing

Collaborate with electronics and mechanical teams to design for reliability
Qualifications:

Technical degree (PhD preferred) or equivalent industry experience in electronics or reliability engineering

10 years of experience in reliability engineering for power electronics

5 years of experience managing a team of test, compliance, or reliability engineers

Delivered a high volume product with field reliability matching demonstrated reliability

Knowledge of electrical safety and handling of high voltage hardware

Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% including internationally
Please note: This role requires working on-site 5 days a week. We do not offer hybrid or remote options.
SF Pay Range
$220,000 - $250,000 USD
