Build Infrastructure Engineer

Amperesand is disrupting industrial power with the first commercialized Solid State Transformer systems. Solid State Transformers systems are much more than a transformer replacement, enabling numerous advanced features to unlock solutions for data centers, EV charging, renewables, microgrids, and industrial installations. Responsibilities:

• Own CI/CD and build infrastructure

• Lead improvements to developer experience and tooling

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering with 3 years of professional experience or combined equivalent experience with evidence of exceptional ability

• Proficiency in build systems

• Ability to travel up to 20% including internationally

• Excellent written and verbal communications

• Be able to code in C/C for driving basic firmware functionalities.

• Experience with github pipelines, build dependency resolution.

• Worked with IOT driven build update environment.

Bonus Qualifications: 

• Open source projects to demonstrate the skillset.

• Understanding of the Over the Air updates infrastructure.

• Kubernetes, helm deployment infra.

• Knowledge of security compliance for cloud deployments.

Please note: This role requires working on-site 5 days a week. We do not offer hybrid or remote options.

Compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.
