What you'll do:
- Lead from the front by consistently performing in-field while setting the standard for work ethic, activity levels, and closing ability
- Coach and develop team members through ride-alongs, in-field training, and real-time feedback to improve performance and conversion rates
- Monitor individual and team KPIs (knocks, contacts, closes) and hold reps accountable to daily and weekly targets
- Assist in onboarding and ramping new hires, ensuring they are set up for success within their first 30–60 days
- Foster a competitive, high-energy team culture that drives accountability, consistency, and results
- Act as the primary point of contact between reps and management, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals
- Track and report field insights, including customer feedback, objections, and competitor activity, to inform strategy
- Support recruitment efforts by identifying and attracting high-potential candidates
