What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Associate position at Amped Fitness?
Amped Fitness Montgomery is looking for energetic, motivated, and customer-focused individuals to join our Front Desk Team!

What You’ll Do
- Greet every member and guest with a positive, energetic attitude.
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming gym environment.
- Assist members with questions, account information, check-ins, and general needs.
- Give tours of the facility and help prospective members understand what Amped Fitness has to offer.
- Help generate new memberships by communicating promotions, memberships, and available services.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, consultations, and personal training sessions.
- Assist with personal training lead generation and setting appointments.
- Follow up with leads, prospects, and current members when needed.
- Help with member retention by building strong relationships and providing an excellent experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area.
- Follow all club policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Support the management team with daily club operations and assigned tasks.
- Contribute to a high-energy, motivating gym culture.
