Role Description The Electrical Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Charleston, SC. This role oversees daily electrical operations on commercial, residential, industrial, and multi-family job sites, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with codes and company standards. Responsibilities include planning and assigning work to electricians, coordinating materials and equipment, conducting inspections and testing, and troubleshooting electrical issues. The Electrical Supervisor collaborates with project managers, general contractors, and clients, maintains detailed documentation, and supports quality control and safety initiatives. This role also involves mentoring team members, promoting best practices, and helping drive continuous improvement across projects.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, task delegation, and performance oversight.
- Candidates should possess skills in electrical maintenance and working with electrical equipment, including installation, repair, and preventive maintenance.
