Job Description:
- Document the design and technical structure of the custom workflows in the Appeals application that supports the Appeals Division.
- Solution is built on MicroPact's entelli-trak platform.
- The solution is hosted in AWS and is managed by our client vendor.
- We are seeking an expert level programmer analyst that can independently review an existing system and document the configuration details.
- The individual will be required to understand and document the customizations that have been added to the base code.
- In addition, the analyst will document all existing interfaces and current hosting environment.
- Analyst will be required to review the stories and change requests documented in JIRA as part of the documentation process.
Required Experience:
- Experienced in configuring entellitrak platform - 8 years.
- Experienced in Java programming - 8 Years
- Experienced in using JIRA - 5 years
- Experience in working with cloud hosted solutions, especially AWS - 5 years
- Good understanding of network concepts
- Good understanding of authentication and authorization using single sign on solutions
- Experience in documenting design details using MS tools including MS Word, MS Excel and MS Visio
- Experience in documenting existing process automation workflows
Desired Experience:
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, self-starter.
- Ability to communicate system design and technical functions to business leads.
- Interpersonal skills, communication, facilitation and presentation (written and oral) skills
Skills:
