Profile:
Seeking an experienced Senior Data Product Manager to lead the product strategy and execution for a strategic enterprise data platform. This role will own the product lifecycle from vision through delivery, translating business and client requirements into a prioritized roadmap while partnering closely with engineering, data, and business stakeholders to deliver high-value data products.

- Cross-functional collaboration with business, technology, and data teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the enterprise data platform.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business and client requirements into prioritized product features and user stories.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value.
- Lead release planning and ensure timely delivery of roadmap commitments.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, data, and business teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align product priorities and expectations.
- Ensure data quality, governance, compliance, and platform standards are maintained.
- Monitor product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous enhancements.
- Communicate product progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions to executive leadership.
- Support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Drive adoption of data products by aligning solutions with business objectives and client needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing enterprise data platforms or data-centric products.
- Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Proven ability to influence senior executives and lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries is a plus.
