- 15 years SAP FICO experience with deep handson configuration.
- Strong expertise in at least three of the following:
- New GL, Document Splitting, Parallel Ledgers.
- FSCM (Credit, Collections, Dispute).
- Asset Accounting (including S/4HANA Universal Asset Management).
- Product Costing & Material Ledger.
- COPA.
- Group Reporting, RAR, and MBC.
- Solid understanding of integration with SAP SD/MM/PP/PS modules.
- Experience with S/4HANA Finance, Universal Journal, Fiori apps, and Central Finance is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of endtoend finance processes:
- RecordtoReport (R2R).
- ProcuretoPay (P2P).
- OrdertoCash (O2C).
- Cost accounting, budgeting & forecasting.
- Ability to translate business needs into system design with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence decisions across business and IT.
- Strong analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
- Leadership experience in crossfunctional and global projects.
