Job Title: Purchasing & Materials Assistant

Location(s): Concord, NH


Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative & Materials Support Assistant to provide support across material handling, receiving, purchasing administration, and front desk operations. This role requires flexibility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
Materials & Receiving Support

• Perform material handling duties.
• Assist with receiving and processing incoming shipments.
• Support inventory organization as needed.

Administrative & Purchasing Support

• Electronic and paper filing of purchase orders (POs).
• Process supplier set-ups.
• Assist buyers with product returns.
• Maintain organized procurement documentation.

Front Desk / Reception

• Provide reception coverage as needed.
• Greet visitors and assist with general inquiries.

Additional Duties

• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
Required:

• Positive, "can-do" attitude.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Flexibility to handle changing tasks and priorities.
• Reliable and organized.

Preferred:

• Experience with Oracle systems.
• Prior experience in material handling and/or receiving.
