Role Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Product Owner to join our dynamic team. The Product Owner will be responsible for defining and delivering product features, ensuring alignment with our operational team needs.
• This role requires a strong understanding of agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating exceptional product solutions.

• Define and prioritize product backlog items (user stories, epics) based on strategic importance and customer value.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including development teams, designers, and business units, to gather requirements and translate them into clear, actionable specifications.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and decisions during the development lifecycle.
• Conduct end user feedback analysis to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, demos and retrospectives.
• Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate on features to continuously improve user satisfaction and business outcomes.
• Ensure that the development team understands the vision, goals, and desired outcomes of the product.
• Communicate product updates, progress, demos and challenges to stakeholders regularly.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in software development.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering software products from conception to launch.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum/SAFE environment.
• Familiarity with various product management tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Experience in Salesforce is a significant plus.
