Oracle EBS HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Oracle EBS HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our client's innovative team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite Human Capital Management (HCM) modules combined with technical proficiency to deliver comprehensive enterprise solutions. Your energetic approach will drive successful implementations, system integrations, and ongoing support for complex HR and payroll processes. Required Skill and Experience

• Experience with Oracle eBS functional Time and Labor.
• Experience with Oracle eBS functional Payroll.
• Oracle functional expertise and industry experience in services organizations.
• Implementation experience with an understanding of Oracle EBS R12.2.x suite of applications.
• At least 2 or 3 full life cycle implementation and support experience in Oracle EBS R12.2.x HRMS suite (Oracle Time & Labor, Payroll, Core HR) modules.
• Experience and functional knowledge of Oracle EBS R12.2.x HRMS suite of modules listed above.
• Must have functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Time and Labor and integrations.
• Must have functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Global Payroll and integrations.
• Must have functional and technical knowledge of Oracle HR / Workday and Integrations.
• Must have functional and technical knowledge of benefit interfaces.
• Must have functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Absence and interfaces.
• Knowledge on Payroll interfaces - Oracle Global View / Celergo.
• Experience with Smart Recruiters interfaces.
• Experience with Oracle custom reports.
• Experience executing implementation strategy, capturing business, systems requirements, and analysis, prepare functional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions.
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS R12.2.x strategy on handling data conversion/migrations, Inbound/Outbound interfaces and reports with 3rd party applications.

Pay: $116,962.34 - $140,000.00 per year
