Job Title: Call Center Customer Service Professional
Location(s): Cary, NC
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming service calls from customers to perform initial diagnosis and take actions to correct problems.
- Place outbound calls to internal and external customers as required to obtain immediate resolution and/or completion of tasks, providing additional guidance and education on processes as needed.
- Enlist management personnel, support, or repair organizations as necessary to facilitate trouble resolution.
- Provide information to the customer regarding the current status or resolution.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
- Be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
- Individual must be able to work all shifts.
- Preferred Telecommunication Experience.
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Strong in customer service, appropriate phone manners, ability to think and react to changing situation
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
- At minimum a High School diploma, some college preferred.
Experience:
- 3-5 years.
