Ampco Pumps is a fast-growing manufacturer of centrifugal pumps, positive displacement pumps and mixing & blending equipment used in the food and dairy industries, desalination, and various chemical and industrial applications.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Return and Compliance Coordinator to support and drive initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, sustainability and compliance. This role plays a key part in handling the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes, coordinating sustainability reporting and aligning our operational practices with ISO standards.
Key Responsibilities
- RMA Process Coordination

- Track product returns and analyze root causes related to manufacturing or design issues.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and customer service teams to streamline RMA handling.
- Identify trends and recommend solutions to reduce return rates and improve product lifecycle performance.
- Sustainability Reporting
- Collect and compile sustainability data for reporting to corporate.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to support sustainability initiatives and track progress.
- ISO & Compliance Support
- Maintain documentation and be the lead on audits related to ISO 9001 standards.
- Track and support corrective and preventive action plans.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Continuous Improvement Initiatives

- Identify inefficiencies or gaps in procedures and recommend actionable solutions.
- Standardize processes and maintain work instructions, SOPs, and documentation.
- Support cross-functional initiatives aimed at operational excellence and compliance readiness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in RMA processing/returns, compliance, operations, or process improvement roles.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite and ERP experience.
