Duties
- Assist in coordinating daily operational activities across customer sites
- Support inventory management and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Help create A.I. models and quality assurance with A.I. models
- Help streamline processes to improve productivity and reduce costs
- Collaborate with team members to implement new procedures and policies
- Prepare reports and documentation related to operational performance
- Customer-facing support and education
Experience
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, healthcare company, or startup
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or similar tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic setting
- Nice-to-have skills include problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and familiarity with project management tools
