AMP offers a hourly rate of up to $22/HR at select homes. $17 to $17.50/HR at other homes. This also depending on the shift and your direct care experience. AMP has an immediate opening for the 4P-12A Mon-Fri and the weekend shift. AMP provides 1-on-1 residential care 24/7 to Children and Adults with Intellectual and Mental Health Challenges. AMP is hiring for 2nd shift (M-F 4P-12A), Mid-day shifts 10A-8P that can be 1-4 days per week depending on availability, Part-time Overnights (Friday & Saturday 12A-10A) & the Part-time weekend on Saturdays and Sundays (10A-12A. This can also be built into a full-time position by adding another 1 or 2, additional weekday shifts). AMP is located on the Eastern side of Pittsburgh in the Penn Hills, Monroeville, and Wilkinsburg. We also have 1 location in New Kensington. AMP requires a valid driver's license. AMP offers performance reviews with merit raises yearly.
We require a valid driver's license, a minimum of a G.E.D. or High School Diploma, the ability to always learn, grow and have the positive attitude required to care for challenging individuals. AMP has a proven track record of promoting from within.
