Apartment Management Professionals, LLC (AMP Residential) is seeking to hire a Housekeeper to join our team at our luxury 83 West Townhomes! This apartment community has 504 units and is located in West Bloomfield, MI.

The ideal candidate for the Housekeeper position will have a desire to maintain the cleanliness of the property and keep it looking its best.
Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Vacuum carpets
- Clean all hallways
- Clean all lavatories
- Picks up and remove trash
- Sweep and mop tile floors
- Wash windows and mirrors
- Clean all vacant apartments
- Clean on-site management office
- Check for lint in washers and dryers
- Adhere to established policies related to fair housing
- Clean appliances, fixtures, doors, trim and counter tops
- Clean all common areas including pool and laundry facility
- Assist in inventory control of all janitorial equipment and supplies
- A strong work ethic
- Detail oriented
- Must be a self starter and self motivated
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to work well on a team
- Facilities housekeeping experience
- Must be able to pass a drug screening
