HVAC/R Apprentice ****(Minimum 1 Year Experience Required)****
Minimum Requirement: Applicants must have at least one (1) year of hands-on HVAC/R field experience. Applications without trade-related experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities
- Install residential and commercial HVAC/R equipment according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
- Perform preventive maintenance and equipment repairs.
- Troubleshoot heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
- Test equipment to verify proper operation and performance.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Complete work professionally while providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on HVAC/R experience (required). - NO EXCEPTIONS
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems.
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
- EPA Section 608 Certification is a plus but not required.
