We are seeking a high-performing Patient Care Coordinator (Concierge) to support our Boca Raton and Palm Beach Gardens locations.

This is not a traditional front desk position. It is a concierge-style role focused on delivering white-glove service, simplifying the patient journey, and ensuring every interaction supports both exceptional experience and practice growth.

What You’ll Own
This role is centered around two key areas:
Patient Experience (Concierge)
- Delivering a seamless, white-glove experience from check-in through checkout
- Creating a welcoming, polished, and elevated environment for every patient
- Anticipating patient needs and ensuring a smooth, stress-free visit
- Maintaining consistency in experience across both locations
Scheduling & Growth Support
- Managing scheduling with accuracy and efficiency to optimize provider availability
- Increasing consultation bookings and conversion opportunities
- Supporting patient retention and re-engagement through strong follow-up and communication
- Ensuring the schedule is structured to support both patient flow and overall performance

REQUIREMENTS
- Previous medical experience in aesthetics, plastic surgery, or cosmetic dermatology practice.
- Strong business acumen with excellent organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage confidential information appropriately.
- High school diploma or equivalent required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Work Environment
This role is based in a medical spa/clinical environment focused on safety, confidentiality, and superior service. Evening or weekend shifts may be required based on patient demand. Occasional travel for training or professional development may also be required
