Calendar Administrator & Phone Inquirer Manager (Real Estate)
AMP Equity Management | Buffalo Apartments
We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and people-friendly team member to help manage scheduling and communication for our real estate business. This is a part-time role with flexible hours between 15–30 hours per week.
What You’ll Do
- Manage calendars for showings, meetings, and follow-ups
- Answer and return phone calls, voicemails, and texts
- Schedule and confirm appointments with prospective tenants or buyers
- Follow up with leads and keep communication organized
- Track everything using spreadsheets or simple CRM tools
- Be a key communicator between our team and clients
Who You Are
- Highly organized and dependable
- Comfortable speaking with clients on the phone
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with Google Calendar, spreadsheets, and basic office tools
- Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
Hours
- 15–30 hours per week
- Flexible schedule; some weekend or evening availability is a bonus but not required
Location
- Remote or local to Buffalo, NY (preferred but not required)
