Office Assistant
Job description
Duties include, but not limited to
- Work closely with all staff on projects assigned.
- Greet clients/visitors as needed.
- Handle incoming calls and other communications.
- Project folder setup from bidding, to award, to close out. (requesting insurance certificates, bonds when necessary, making sure all required tax documentation is received, etc.).
- Assist Estimating in receiving plans and specification documents for bidding, review project specifications to prepare bid packages.
- Asist Accounting & Bookkeeping with data entry.
- Data entry for Payroll & Certified Payroll.
- Backend employee support.
- Maintaining office supplies.
- Assist staff with mailing packages via UPS.
- Organize office common areas.
- Interact with company customers, employees, and material suppliers in a professional manner.
- Maintain Insurances, including General Liability Insurance, Umbrella Policy, Worker’s Compensation Insurance, and other project and owner Insurance Policies
- Oversee, Assist, Maintain and Review up-to-date Insurance Certificates.
- Maintain Vehicle and Equipment Registrations.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, & Adobe Acrobat.
- Must demonstrate an ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment.
- Reliable, punctual, detail oriented.
- Familiarity with general office procedures.
- Must possess good organizational skills as well as good interpersonal skills.

Salary: Commensurate with Experience. ($40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year)
