The Warehouse Assistant Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily execution of warehouse operations including order fulfillment, inventory handling, and team coordination. This role acts as the primary liaison between the Warehouse Technicians and the Warehouse Supervisor, ensuring that processes are followed accurately and efficiently while upholding company standards in safety, performance, and customer service.
Hours are M-F 1pm-10pm Pay rate $25-$30 an Hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Process orders in compliance with AMP’D Entertainment SOPs utilizing Flex Rental Solutions Software and Company provided hardware
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the warehouse floor including picking, processing, and staging of orders in accordance with AMP’D Entertainment SOPs.
- Delegate and monitor tasks assigned to Shop Techs to ensure efficient workflow and accurate completion of assignments.
- Provide guidance and on-the-job training to new or junior warehouse staff; act as mentor and support system for team development.
- Utilize Flex Rental Solutions software to track, manage, and finalize orders; troubleshoot discrepancies or missing items.
- Ensure accuracy in gear scanning, staging, and documentation of “shorts” or changes to orders.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization, enforcing CalOSHA and company safety standards.
- Represent AMP’D Entertainment in a professional manner to guests, clients, and vendors.
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and scissor lifts safely and train others in proper use as necessary.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor in planning resources and schedules to meet operational goals.
- Support implementation of new policies, procedures, or improvements to warehouse processes.
- Act in place of Warehouse Supervisor when needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
