  • Identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent documentation and communicate discrepancies to the appropriate team members.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records within the Quantum inventory management system.
  • Support bin accuracy, cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and warehouse organization.
  • Pull and process rotables, consumables, and expendables based on customer, sales, and operational priorities.
  • Prepare packing slips, shipping labels, customer documentation, and other required shipment records.
  • Package aircraft parts appropriately to protect against damage during storage and transportation.
  • Coordinate with sales, purchasing, quality, and operations teams to support accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Work with quality personnel to ensure material meets documentation and condition requirements before shipment.
  • Track warehouse performance measures such as receiving accuracy, inventory accuracy, order turnaround time, bin utilization, and on-time shipment performance.
  • Support compliance with AMP Aero procedures and applicable ASA-100 and AS9120 quality requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, efficient, and organized warehouse environment.
  • Safely operate pallet jacks and other approved warehouse equipment.
  • Complete administrative records, inventory updates, and assigned warehouse reports accurately and on time.
  • Perform other shipping, receiving, inventory, and logistics duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to follow written procedures and maintain complete, organized records.
  • Comfortable reviewing detailed paperwork and identifying discrepancies.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional attitude and ability to work with employees across multiple departments.
  • Ability to take direction, follow through on assignments, and communicate issues promptly.
  • Comfortable using computers, email, Microsoft Office 365, inventory systems, and shipping software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, inventory control, order fulfillment, or logistics.
  • Experience using warehouse or inventory management software.
  • Experience with Quantum Control or a similar inventory system.
  • Familiarity with aircraft parts, aviation documentation, traceability records, or quality-management standards.
  • Experience handling serialized, regulated, technical, or high-value products.
  • Pallet jack or other warehouse-equipment experience.

Aviation experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to candidates who demonstrate dependability, attention to detail, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.

  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to bend, reach, pull, push, and move throughout the warehouse during the workday.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment that may include noise, dust, and changing temperatures.
  • Ability to safely operate approved warehouse equipment after training.
