Responsibilities
- Manage the day to day operations of a brick and mortar location in adherence with company initiated Policy and Procedures
- Drive sales through superior in store service and clienteling
- Engage community through local outreach and in store events and partnerships
- Hire, Train, and Develop and amazing team of Amour Vert stylists
- Understand and communicate the needs of the store to partners at the Home Office in buying, allocations, marketing etc...
Requirements and Skills
- 4 years of Retail Management
- 4 years of sales and clienteling
- Excellent communication
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Dropbox
- Proactive, collaborative, organized, curios, problem solver
- Personal love of fashion, sustainability, and retail

Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year
