Amoskeag Chiropractic is seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Front Desk & Office Coordinator to join our team in Manchester, NH.
We are a family-owned chiropractic practice that has proudly served the Manchester community for more than 30 years. Our office is fast-paced, positive, and focused on helping patients achieve better health and wellness. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a team environment, takes initiative, and wants to make a meaningful impact in patients’ lives.
This position is much more than a traditional front desk role. The ideal candidate will be an important part of the patient experience, helping patients feel welcomed, informed, and supported throughout their care journey.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and check patients in and out
- Schedule appointments and answer incoming calls
- Collect copays, balances, and patient payments
- Assist patients with scheduling and care plan coordination
- Confidently communicate treatment recommendations, wellness plans, and payment options to patients
- Build positive relationships with patients and help create an exceptional patient experience
- Communicate effectively with patients, the doctor, and team members
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Assist with day-to-day office operations
- Help create a positive, professional, and welcoming environment

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a chiropractic, medical, dental, physical therapy, veterinary, or other healthcare office
- Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements
- Experience collecting patient payments and discussing financial arrangements
- Experience with insurance verification and healthcare scheduling
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) or practice management software
Schedule
Monday, Wednesday & Thursday
- 6:30 AM – 10:30 AM
- 2:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Tuesday
- 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Fridays are typically off.
Average of 26–32 hours per week, depending on training and office needs.
