Job Description
As a Strategic Account Manager working at Amos Mfg., Inc. on behalf of High Yield Solutions Corp., you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering customized solutions that support material recovery and landfill diversion. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate complex operational challenges and achieve sustainability outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with current and prospective clients via phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers across industries
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand client pain points and operational needs
- Develop and present customized proposals that demonstrate economic and environmental value
- Represent HYSC at trade shows and industry events
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and field teams to align solutions with customer applications
- Stay informed on market trends, recycling legislation, and emerging technologies
