Full-Time | Property Management | Alexandria / Pineville, LA
Join a growing property management company looking for a dependable Maintenance Technician with multifamily and residential experience. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can solve problems in the field, and wants to grow with a stable team.
Mobile home or trailer repair experience is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Complete maintenance work orders in a timely manner
- Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repair
- Conduct routine property inspections and preventative maintenance
- Prepare units for new residents including repairs and unit turns
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and determine appropriate solutions
- Maintain tools, materials, and supply inventory
- Communicate with the property management team regarding work order progress
- Coordinate with outside vendors when needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years maintenance experience
- Multifamily property maintenance experience is a plus
- Mobile home or trailer experience is a plus
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, and appliances
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to climb ladders and work in crawl spaces
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
Compensation
