What You’ll Do
- Welcome every customer with energy and professionalism
- Serve gelato creating custom gelato roses with a spatula (full training provided)
- Work quickly and efficiently during busy rushes
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Handle transactions accurately
- Support your team to keep service smooth and fast
Schedule Requirements
Our operating hours are 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM, with closing shifts ending around midnight.
- Flexible availability is required
- Must be available evenings and weekends
- Must have availability through September
This role is ideal for someone who can commit to a regular part-time schedule and takes their work responsibilities seriously.

REQUIREMENTS
- Flexible schedule - ability to work some evenings required
- Good verbal communication and ability to take feedback from customers
- Ability to listen, learn, take direction from leadership (even learning how to create a flower-shaped cone within 20 seconds!)
- Ability to work quickly, consistently, and efficiently on the counter line
- Commitment to good hygiene and professional appearance
- Knowledge of food safety a plus
- Past retail or client/customer service experience in a fast-paced environment and/or six months of customer service as a Barista
