Principal Accountabilities
- Support the Performance & Growth team in planning and executing campaigns for Sephora, DTC and Tiktok Shop channels.
- Develop creative briefs for Paid Social campaigns. Conduct weekly competitive research to identify new opportunities and creative insights to inform briefs.
- Communicate proactively and effectively with cross-functional partners, including brand marketing, PR, social, and creative design teams.
- Manage the delivery of all creative assets to Agency partners, ensuring timely execution and attention to detail.
- Manage monthly invoicing & billing
- Monthly creative reporting; Comfortable pulling reports, analyzing data & presenting to
- Actively participate in team meetings, contributing ideas to enhance paid media strategies.
- Stay informed on beauty marketing best practices and emerging industry trends.
Qualification and Experience
- Obtained a degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Must be available for a 6-month internship
- Must be NYC-based to commute to the office on a hybrid schedule (2-3 days/week)
- Previous work experience at a Media or Creative Marketing Agency
- Passion about skincare and the beauty industry
- Proven interest in paid media and creative strategy.
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
