What You Bring to AMOREM:
- Current, unrestricted RN license (ADN, BSN, or MSN)
- CPR certification (current and valid)
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
- Willingness to grow and take on new challenges
- Hospice and palliative care experience preferred, not required
- Devote more time to quality end-of-life bedside care
- Leverage technology to improve quality of care
- Provide education to patients and families
- Maximize hospice medical skills
- Collaborate on individualized plans of care with dynamic interdisciplinary team
- Approach patients and families holistically
- Have a flexible schedule
