What You Bring to AMOREM:
- Current, unrestricted North Carolina CNA license.
- Active CPR certification.
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Flexibility and a desire for professional growth.
- Hospice or palliative care experience preferred, but not required. We will help you grow.
- Provide quality end-of-life bedside care with compassion and respect.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living and ensure their comfort and dignity.
- Collaborate as part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.
- Support families through education, communication, and presence.
- Follow individualized plans of care and document accurately.
