Position Overview
Amore Senior Care is seeking motivated and relationship-driven individuals to join our team as Community Liaisons. This role focuses on building relationships within the community, expanding referral networks, recruiting caregivers, and helping families connect with quality home care services. The ideal candidate is outgoing, self-motivated, and comfortable networking within the community to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, healthcare professionals, senior centers, social workers, and referral sources
• Generate new client referrals through community outreach and relationship building
• Recruit caregivers and educate potential caregivers about opportunities with Amore Senior Care
• Conduct outreach efforts within assigned territories to increase brand awareness and community presence
• Attend networking events, community events, and professional meetings
• Follow up with prospective clients, caregivers, and referral sources
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and referral opportunities
• Represent Amore Senior Care professionally within the community
Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales, recruiting, healthcare, customer service, or community outreach experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
• Home care or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
