Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes.
Responsibilities
Answers phone calls and delivers messages in an accurate manner
Review, audit and update employees' job description annually.
Update the credential documents for all the employees, TB, HBV, DL, CPR and Resident Card
Prepare the Staff Educational Report
Will verify background OIG-State/Federal, Criminal History Check, EMR/NAR
Annual and 90 evaluations for all the employees
Prepares the Infection Control / Covid -19 report
Order office supplies
Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Experience in data collection and analysis
- Knowledge of employee orientation best practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
