Job Description
Amoor Consulting Group is looking for energetic, outgoing, and motivated Enrollment Specialists to join our growing team.
In this role, you'll engage with people in the community, educate them on available wireless and connectivity programs, answer questions, and assist eligible customers with the enrollment process. If you enjoy talking to people, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Speak with potential customers throughout the day.
- Explain available programs and services clearly.
- Assist qualified individuals with completing enrollments.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude.
- Meet daily and weekly performance goals.
- Accurately submit enrollment information.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Friendly, confident, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must be authorized to work as an independent contractor, if applicable.
