Overview:
The Amoco Reuse Agreement Joint Powers Board (ARAJPB) has the responsibility for the development of the former Amoco Refinery Properties for the benefit of the City of Casper and Natrona County.
The Executive Director (ED) reports to the ARAJPB Board of Directors and is the person who has day-to-day responsibility for leading/managing the enterprise. The ED should demonstrate ability in office procedures from either formal training or equivalent experience and 8-10 years of experience. This person is needing the critical skills to work effectively with minimal supervision. The person should be computer literate with demonstrated knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and QuickBooks. Additionally, the ED will have excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail; ability to maintain a strict level of confidentiality; demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills and prioritization ability.
The ED will be responsible for duties including:
Governmental Finance, including State Budgets, Office Procedures, Board Responsibilities, and Relationship Building in the community.

Salaried Position based on experience $55k can rise with experience and exceptional skills, Full Time, Monday-Friday.
