Snow Removal

SNOW REMOVAL - AMO Outdoor Services is looking for Equipment Operators, Plow Operators and Shovel Crew members. Experience is preferred for the Equipment & Plow Operator positions, but we are willing to train the right individual. Must be available for overnight hours, have a working cell phone, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. The ability to shovel snow and lift 50 lbs. salt bags is required. Snow removal is generally performed overnight from 12:00 midnight to 8:00AM, but periodically will be done during daytime hours.

Year Round and Seasonal positions are available.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour based on experience

$20.00 per hour and up with a valid Michigan chauffeur license and previous professional plowing experience.

Your pay will be based on your level of experience. All positions at AMO are paid hourly. AMO pays on a weekly basis.

PLUS snow removal BONUS described below.

SNOW BONUS $2.50 NOW / $2.50 LATER - ALL Snow Removal Employees receive a $2.50 per hour BONUS in their weekly paycheck for hours worked performing Snow Removal. In addition, if you stay through the entire Snow Season, you will receive an ADDITIONAL $2.50 per hour BONUS at the end of the SNOW SEASON for ALL hours worked performing Snow Removal.

Snow Removal Bonus applies ONLY to the hours worked performing Snow Removal. Snow Removal Hours worked on Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year’s will receive time and a half.

Benefits are available for full time, year round employees only.
