Position Overview:
- Ability to communicate succinctly, effectively, and work collaboratively in a team environment. Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to other colleagues in our organization. Detailed oriented with good organizational skills. Comfortable with ambiguity/uncertainty and excellent analytical skills and ability to draw insights/derive viable strategic options. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Help organize sales training sessions, including logistics, scheduling, and participant communication.
- Assist trainers in creating and updating training materials, including PowerPoint presentations.
- Develop engaging content for training programs, such as case studies, role - play scenarios, and interactive activities.
- Assist in evaluating training effectiveness through surveys and feedback; collect and analyze data.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment and effective communication regarding training initiatives; assist in drafting internal communications and newsletters.
- Preference for Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or Business Administration.
- The intern will gain valuable exposure to commercial training operations within a pharmaceutical organization, including participation in cross - functional meetings with stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and other commercial teams.
- They will develop skills in instructional design and adult learning principles by assisting in the creation of engaging training materials and programs.
- The intern will also gain experience in data analysis by evaluating training effectiveness through surveys and feedback, learning how insights inform continuous improvement.
- Additionally, the intern will observe and support training delivery, gaining exposure to facilitation techniques and communication strategies used in professional settings.
- They will collaborate closely with trainers and team members, gaining practical experience in project coordination, stakeholder communication, and content development—building a strong foundation for a career in training, communications, or commercial operations.
Education:
- High School diploma or GED—Required
- Current full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university undergraduate or graduate program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field—Required
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0—Required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must commit to the full duration of the internship (all interns must start no later than June 1, 2026 - August 28, 2026)
