Position Overview:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skill.
- Document Retention Policy Review & Gap Assessment (35%) – Ownership.
- Records Inventory & Classification Project (25%) – Co‑Ownership.
- Document Destruction Workflow Improvement (30%) – Support.
Qualifications:
- Business Administration/Management, Information Management/Technology, Sciences
- The intern will gain meaningful exposure to the following professional and technical development areas.
- Operational & Technical Exposure Hands‑on experience with Document Control systems.
- Understanding regulatory expectations for GxP documentation, audit readiness, and compliance.
- Experience with controlled records, archival standards, and secure destruction protocols.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration Participation in meetings with: Quality Assurance Regulatory Affairs IT/Information Governance Operations.
- Professional Development Practice preparing formal reports, process documents, and SOPs.
Education:
- High School diploma or GED—Required
- Current full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university undergraduate or graduate program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field—Required
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0—Required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must commit to the full duration of the internship (all interns must start no later than June 1, 2026 - August 28, 2026.)
