POSITION SUMMARY – RN Case Manager
POSITION DUTIES – Care Coordination / Continuum of Care / Discharge Planning / Patient Focus and Care Plans / Utilization Review
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – NV RN license; BLS; 1 year recent acute hospital case management experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS – Utilization Review experience
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 7 weeks
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – 7am-3pm. Every other weekend.
SYSTEMS – Medhost, Careport, Mcg, EDIS
START DATE – ASAP
