POSITION SUMMARY – RN Case Manager
POSITION DUTIES – Acute care case management; Post-discharge planning and provide resources for post-discharge; Float to sister facilities.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – WA/compact RN license; BSN; 2 years of recent acute inpatient case management experience required; 4 years of overall nursing experience required; Epic experience; Healthcare financial and reimbursement knowledge
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS – ER and Utilization Review experience
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeks
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – 8H Days with every other weekend (40hrs/wk)

START DATE – 1/26/2026
