POSITION DUTIES – Inpatient case manager to perform post-discharge planning and provide resources for post-discharge
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS –
- WA/compact RN License
- BSN
- 2 years of recent acute inpatient case management
- 4 years of overall nursing experience
- Travel experience
- Healthcare financial and reimbursement knowledge
- Epic experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS – ER and Utilization Review experience
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeks
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – 10H Days - 4/10s every other weekend.
SYSTEMS – Epic
START DATE – ASAP
