Registered Nurse – Neonatal Intensive Care

Position Title: RN -NICU Location: Children’s Hospital Colorado – Colorado Springs Length of Assignment: 8 weeks Float Requirement: Night shift- PICU & Med/Surg Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend On-Call Requirement: None FLOAT: Client reserves the right to float or reassign Personnel to other areas of practice within their clinical competence to fulfill the scheduled guaranteed hours and within thirty-five (35) miles of their originally assigned facility (unless otherwise agreed to in such Personnel’s individual assignment confirmation). Qualifications: Education: BSN Licensure/Certification: RN Required: Prior travel nursing experience Required Certifications: BLS , NRP, PALS Preferred Certifications: ACLS ***PLEASE SUBMIT WITH BOTH A NICU & PICU CHECKLIST*** Required Job Qualifications: 2 Years experienced NICU traveler with heavy PICU background or an experienced PICU traveler with heavy NICU background Preferred Qualifications: comfort with patients from birth through 18 years of age. Additional Notes: No RTO approved within the first two weeks of the assignment. Medical and religious exemption requests from the seasonal influenza vaccination are allowed.
