Delivers quality patient care, utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation) to guide care delivery. Directs, quality patient care, utilizing advanced clinical skill levels and knowledge. Develops, implements, revises and evaluates the plan of care. Engages in professional growth and development, continuing competence, lifelong learning, quality care and research to affect empirical outcomes. Develops others.
